New Therapy Prices From 1st June

A note on our therapy prices.

One of the things we have thought carefully about at Towards is how to talk about money. Therapy is a space in which transparency matters, yet therapy prices are often vague and inconsistent.

From 1st June 2026, our pricing will change. Our new prices for therapy are focused on clinical expertise and qualification level and reflect our investment in the quality of our therapists.

We want to be clear with you about what is changing, when it takes effect, and what it means in practice, whether you are already a client, or considering becoming one.

Towards is not a directory or open marketplace, every therapist on our team is hand-picked, and the quality assurance that comes with that is built into what you pay for.

For therapists in training, the £40 rate offers meaningful access to supervised, structured therapeutic support and our specialist therapist rate of £120 sits at the lower end of the current UK market

If you are thinking about starting therapy with Towards or have been thinking about it for a while, registering before 1st June means your initial sessions will be priced under the current structure, which remains in place for you until 31st August.

No commitment is required beyond an initial assessment. We can discuss which tier of therapist might be most appropriate for what you are working through. Our initial assessments are approached as a first free therapy session, on us.

Book in with us now and you’ll get therapy at our lower prices until the end of August.

Thank you,
Team Towards
