What is Group therapy?

What is Group therapy?

Group therapy brings together a small group of people who may be experiencing similar challenges, guided by a qualified therapist in a supportive and confidential environment.

Sessions offer a space to explore your experiences, develop a better understanding of yourself and learn practical tools that can support meaningful change.

Hearing from others can help you gain new perspectives, feel less alone and recognise that many of the difficulties we face are shared.

There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

Everyone is encouraged to take part at their own pace, while supporting and learning from one another.
