What is therapy?

What is therapy?

Therapy is a space for you to feel heard. It’s somewhere you can talk about whatever’s on your mind—no pressure, no judgement, and no one telling you what to do or how to feel.

Some people come to therapy feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed. Or some just need a place to untangle their thoughts.

Whatever you're dealing with, we’re here to listen and provide support—however works best for you.

Jacob King

Deputy Lead Therapist

Hey, I’m Jacob. I’ve worked with lots of young people—and I especially like speaking to those who are autistic, have ADHD, or find learning tough. I always try to make therapy feel easy to understand and actually helpful.

Sally Charles

Lead Therapist

Hi, I’m Sally. I’ve spent most of my career working in schools, helping young people with all kinds of challenges—especially around mental health and tough life experiences. I’m here to really listen and help you feel more in control, whatever you’re going through.

Tallulah Tay

Therapist

Hi, I’m Tallulah. I’ve been working with young people for a long time, especially those who find school or emotions tough to manage. I’m here to help with things like confidence, tricky feelings, and finding ways to feel better in the long run. I often use drawing, games, or art in sessions—whatever feels right for you.

Meg Dunning

Therapist

Hi, I’m Meg. I love working with young people, especially those who are neurodivergent. I try to make therapy feel relaxed, creative, and like a space where you can just be yourself without pressure.
